My delivery was late, can i get a refund for the delivery?
We have very little control over your parcel once it leaves our warehouse. Please note that the delivery times listed above are only estimations. Oh Molly is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods.
Refusing delivery/or not collecting from the depot
Please be aware that if you refuse the delivery or its not collected it will be returned to us and the return return delivery fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders (outside UK & Europe).
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.
If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
Returning items back to us from outside Europe - please be aware you will need to provide customs with the correct information on your return, please state that its returned goods with no value, we will not be held responsible if your return is returned back to you.

We hope you love what you ordered! But in case you don't, we will accept returns of unwashed, unworn, unused and must be with original tags items.
The following items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged: 1. Customized Items (except for custom-size dresses), 2. Accessories, 3. Items On Clearance.
Return request must be sent to us within 7 days of the order package arrived. Please check when you signed for your parcel before posting. We are 100% sure 7 days is enough to make sure the item is fit or not, need or not.
Returns that are late because you were away on holiday, or your event was cancelled will be refused - no exceptions.
Please issue return request with your order number, photos to show dress issues to our customer service email address: service@shedestiny.com.
Please note we don't accept try on returns. That means if you only want one item, but you buy two or more to have a try and then you want to return the one/ones you don't want. At this condition, we don't accept this return request.
In the event of a return, any applied discount/coupon is forfeited and may not be re-used. Final sale items are not returnable. All shipping fees are at the customer expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
